These hand-sharpened blades boast a unique 67-layer Damascus pattern on the X7 high-alloy full-tang blades, making them exceptionally sharp, minimalistic, and stunning. The rich African Blackwood handles are ultra-dense, offering balance, comfort, and precision for the chef. Each knife is paired with a dark walnut wood magnetic Saya-style sheath that perfectly matches and protects the blade.

The 5-inch Nakiri Knife in the series features a keen Asian-style taper-ground edge for stability, easy honing, sharpness retention, and efficient cutting and chopping. Crafted from 67 layers of Cangshan's X-7 Damascus Steel, each blade undergoes the ULTRA6 heat treatment to ensure strength and functionality. Hand-sharpened to a 16-degree angle and with a Rockwell Hardness rating of 60 +/- 2, the HAKU Series knives are incredibly sharp and retain their edges exceptionally well.
